Policies

 

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers, please be aware of the following key policies:

 

  • Deposits:
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations due to weather or other reasons.
     

  • Rescheduling and Rain Checks:
    While we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, please note that product availability is not guaranteed for rescheduled events. All rescheduled and rain-checked events are subject to equipment availability and are not confirmed until re-booking is complete. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible to check availability.
     

  • Cancellations:
    The customer is responsible for notifying the office BETWEEN 6-8AM OR BEFORE THE DRIVER DELIVERS ON THE DAY OF THEIR RENTAL if they need to cancel the rental. To avoid full rental charges, all cancellation decisions (including those due to weather) must be made and communicated to us BEFORE the scheduled delivery time, even if the equipment is delivered early. Once the equipment is delivered, the full rental amount is due, regardless of usage time.
     

  • Weather:
    Customers are responsible for staying informed about approaching weather conditions and making timely decisions regarding their events. We recommend monitoring local weather updates to ensure you can make informed choices about your rental.

     


Delivery Times:
  • Please call the office by 5:00 PM the day before your rental to confirm your delivery time. Deliveries may occur several hours before the scheduled rental time to ensure timely service.
